WHO AM I?

If you asked anyone in my circle what my first love was, they would probably tell you football; not true! Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, when growing up I taught myself how to play the piano and mix music while also taking guitar classes. Music was my first love and natural talent. I was never the most gifted football player - I left that to my younger brother! However, my drive and work ethic to be better always helped me when playing for my high school. I was always the go to person for statistics, analysis and news. World Cup after World Cup starting with 2010, my passion for the game only grew, with an emphasis on tactical analysis and statistics. I could never, and still can't watch a game without analyzing it or having a statistics page open on another device. It's the same means by which I can't play a game of FIFA without emphasizing tactics and using statistics, maps and charts to assess how I am playing. It's my nature and my passion, and it's for that reason it's also my career. I enjoy using data to tell a story, solve problems, and develop, implement and assess strategy. Whether it's through coaching, recruitment, analysis or a combination of all, I want to leave an impact on the game I love, the people that work in it and play it - including those kids playing at the grassroots level or on their community street. That's why I am motivated to do what I do every day - to change our game for the better and positively impact others through the game.
